At MCD, your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase — or simply change your mind — we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items which have been taken out of original packaging will need to be packed securely to ensure no damage is incurred on the return, else a charge may be applied. Refunds will exclude any shipping costs incurred by MCD. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing items, please report this to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any visible damage must also be noted on the courier or haulier’s delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. We will be happy to replace any items damaged in transit as quickly as possible.
