However, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. MCD cannot accept financial responsibility for courier delays. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly to stay updated on its progress.

Available delivery options will be shown at checkout. The courier used will depend on the weight and size of your order.

If your delivery location has restricted access, or if your order requires a tail lift or pump truck, please include a note with your order at checkout.

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, the will attempt to deliver the next working day, if this continues a re-delivery fee may apply, as set by the courier.

If MCD has fulfilled all delivery terms, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that offshore, Highlands, and Islands deliveries may incur additional charges.
