Founded in 1996 MCD Company is family run. Our aim is to provide Quality Goods at competitive prices. We are always happy to offer product advice and even installation tips.

We stock vast quantities of Manhole Covers and Drainage Channels. We also a national supplier for Aco.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all products withing 1 Working day. Shipping options will be given at the point of check out. Which haulier will be used is dependent upon the weight of the products purchased. Please remember to add a note to your purchase if there is limited access of for bigger orders that you require a tail lift and pump truck. Should a haulier attempt delivery and the customer is not available a re-delivery charge may apply should the haulier apply one. The buyer will be responsible  for all return shipping costs should MCD have met all its terms.



 

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, or even if you just change your mind we are always happy to refund in full within 14 days of the purchase.

Conditions of return: Goods must be unused and undamaged. Refunds will exclude any shipping cost incurred by ourselves. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Goods Damaged/Lost or missing: Any products found to be damaged/lost or missing upon arrival must be reported to us within 24hrs of receipt. Furthermore an indication that the goods have arrived damaged must be made upon the hauliers paperwork. We are always happy to replace items broken in transit.
