Measuring a manhole cover explained in simple terms?
A Manhole cover sits over the hole/camber they’re covering. This is the important bit - you need to measure the inside dimensions of the hole (length and width). Do not measure any part of your old cover or frame itself. This measurement must be taken in millimeters.
